With that said, we are officially announcing the appointment of a (relatively) new key member to the AET Technical Support Team, Chris Frates. Chris comes to AET by way of the CNC machining industry, where he worked as a programmer, operator, and technical engineer. His proficiency in troubleshooting electromechanical systems, and expertise in the calibration of highly precise instruments, enables him to support AET’s new and existing customer base of 3D printers, and other technical equipment installations.
